LynnwoodPreowned.com (the “Site”) is operated by ADZAM, INC. d/b/a Lynnwood Preowned, the pre-owned vehicle operation of the Doug’s Auto group of dealerships in Lynnwood, Washington.
We work hard to keep this Site accurate, but we cannot guarantee it. Information on the Site — including vehicle availability, pricing, mileage, equipment, specifications, condition, history, photographs, and financing terms — is provided for general informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.
Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell or a binding quotation. No contract for the sale or lease of a vehicle is formed through the Site. A binding agreement arises only when you and an authorized representative of the Dealership sign a written purchase or lease agreement at our dealership.
Always confirm all details with a Dealership representative and inspect the vehicle in person before making any purchase decision. In the event of any conflict between this Site and the physical vehicle, the vehicle’s documentation, or the written agreement you sign, those control.

2. Pricing and Fees
The advertised price shown for each vehicle is the price at which any consumer may purchase that vehicle, and includes all dealer-imposed charges — including our documentary service fee, dealer preparation, e-filing, reconditioning, and any market adjustment.
The advertised price excludes only:
- Washington state and local sales and use tax
- Vehicle license, title, and registration fees payable to the Washington Department of Licensing
- Any optional products or services you affirmatively choose to purchase, such as an extended service contract, GAP waiver, appearance protection, or accessories
The advertised price does not require you to finance with us, trade in a vehicle, or purchase any add-on product. Any rebate, discount, or incentive that is not available to all consumers is not included in the advertised price and is disclosed separately.
2.1 Rebates, Incentives, and Conditional Discounts
Any advertised price that reflects a rebate, incentive, or discount available only to a subset of consumers — such as a military, first responder, recent-college-graduate, loyalty, or captive-financing rebate — will state the qualifying condition clearly on the vehicle detail page. You must qualify for a rebate to receive it. Rebate programs are offered by third parties, change frequently, and may expire without notice.
2.2 Financing and Down Payment
Advertised prices do not assume or require any particular down payment. Any advertised monthly payment is an estimate only and is subject to Section 8 below.
2.3 Pricing Errors
Prices are entered and updated by people and by automated systems, and errors occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing, specification, or descriptive error at any time, and to refuse or cancel any order, reservation, deposit, or transaction based on an erroneous price or description, even after it has been submitted or acknowledged. If we cancel a transaction for this reason, we will promptly refund any amount you paid. An erroneous price displayed on the Site does not create an enforceable offer or obligate us to sell at that price.
3. Inventory Data, Feed Latency, and Availability
Vehicle listings on this Site are populated by automated data feeds from our affiliated dealerships, which refresh periodically throughout the day. Between refreshes, the Site may display:
- Vehicles that have already been sold, held, or removed from inventory
- Prices that have since changed
- Vehicles that are in transit, in reconditioning, in service, or otherwise not yet available for delivery
- Mileage that has increased since the feed was generated
Vehicles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Appearance on the Site does not reserve a vehicle, hold a vehicle, or guarantee that it is available. We strongly recommend you contact us to confirm availability before traveling to our dealership.
Some listings may reflect vehicles located at an affiliated dealership rather than at the Lynnwood Preowned location. Availability at a specific location is not guaranteed.
4. Vehicle Condition, Mileage, Equipment, and Specifications
4.1 Odometer and Mileage
Mileage figures reflect the odometer reading at the time the vehicle was received into inventory or last updated and may not reflect current mileage. The federal odometer disclosure statement you receive at the time of sale is the authoritative record.
4.2 Equipment and Options
Equipment lists, trim levels, and option packages are generated in part from VIN decoding services, which are not always accurate for pre-owned vehicles — particularly where options were added, removed, or changed by a previous owner. Verify the presence of any feature that matters to you by physically inspecting the vehicle. We are not responsible for equipment listed in error or omitted.
4.3 Condition
Every pre-owned vehicle has been previously owned and will show wear consistent with its age and mileage. Condition descriptions and any condition ratings are general impressions, not warranties. We recommend a pre-purchase inspection by an independent mechanic of your choosing, which we will accommodate on request.
4.4 Photographs
Photographs are of the actual vehicle unless the listing is marked “stock photo,” “manufacturer photo,” or “photos coming soon.” Where such a placeholder is used, the image is representative of the model and not of the actual vehicle, and the actual vehicle’s color, trim, equipment, and condition will differ. Colors displayed on your screen may differ from actual vehicle color.
4.5 Keys, Manuals, and Accessories
Unless expressly stated in writing on the purchase agreement, we make no representation about the number of keys or remotes, the presence of owner’s manuals, navigation SD cards, cargo covers, spare tires, tools, jacks, charging cables, or floor mats supplied with a vehicle.
5. Warranty Status and “As-Is” Sales
Warranty coverage varies by vehicle. Some vehicles are sold AS-IS, WITH NO DEALER WARRANTY. Others may carry remaining factory warranty, a certified pre-owned warranty, or an implied warranty under Washington law.
The FTC Buyers Guide displayed in the window of each vehicle is the controlling statement of that vehicle’s warranty status. Federal law requires the Buyers Guide to be included in your sales contract, and the Buyers Guide overrides any contrary provision in the contract and anything stated on this Site.
Remaining factory warranty coverage, where indicated, is provided by the vehicle manufacturer, not by us, is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, exclusions, and transferability rules, and may be affected by prior use, modification, lapse in maintenance, or a branded title. Confirm remaining coverage directly with the manufacturer using the VIN before relying on it.
Any extended service contract, vehicle service contract, or GAP waiver is an optional product provided by a third-party administrator, is not a manufacturer warranty, and is governed solely by its own contract.
6. Vehicle History Reports
Where we display or provide a vehicle history report — such as CARFAX or AutoCheck — that report is prepared by a third party from data those parties collect, and we do not verify, control, or guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
A clean vehicle history report does not mean a vehicle has never been damaged. Accidents, damage, flood exposure, and repairs are reported to these databases inconsistently, and many are never reported at all. Conversely, a reported incident may have been minor or fully repaired.
Do not rely on a vehicle history report as a substitute for a physical inspection. We disclaim all liability for the content, accuracy, and completeness of third-party vehicle history reports. Direct any dispute about report content to the report provider.
7. Safety Recalls
Pre-owned vehicles may be subject to open safety recalls. Federal law does not prohibit the sale of a used vehicle with an open recall, and a vehicle offered on this Site may have one.
We strongly encourage you to check the VIN of any vehicle you are considering at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s free lookup tool: nhtsa.gov/recalls. Recall repairs are performed by franchised dealers of the vehicle’s manufacturer, typically at no charge.
Any recall information displayed on this Site is derived from third-party data, may be incomplete or out of date, and is not a representation that a vehicle is free of open recalls.
8. Payment Calculators, Estimates, and Financing
Any monthly payment, term, interest rate, down payment, trade-in value, or affordability figure displayed on this Site — including through a payment calculator, digital retailing tool, or AI-generated response — is an ESTIMATE FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY.
These figures are not an offer of credit, a pre-approval, a commitment to lend, or a quotation of terms. They do not reflect:
- Your actual creditworthiness or credit score
- Applicable sales tax, license, title, registration, or dealer fees, unless expressly stated
- Lender-specific rates, terms, fees, or eligibility requirements
- The value of any trade-in, which requires physical appraisal

Range figures for electric and hybrid vehicles are original manufacturer or EPA estimates and do not reflect current battery state of health, which degrades with age and use. Battery capacity and range on a used electric vehicle may be significantly lower than the original rating. We make no representation about remaining battery capacity or remaining battery warranty coverage unless stated in writing on your purchase agreement.
Horsepower, torque, towing capacity, payload, cargo, and seating figures are manufacturer specifications for the original configuration and may not reflect the vehicle’s current condition or configuration.
